How to Request a Refund or Exchange

We understand that things can happen, and mistakes can be made, as not everything is predictable. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges on most products since they are made for you when you order.

However, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, please consider creating a ticket or starting a chat, which can be done in the top right corner. Tell us your order number in this ticket and we might be able to allow you to send your item back for a refund, however, shipping will not be free.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please also create a ticket in the top right-hand corner or start a chat. Alert us of your order number, the item which has been damaged, and how it is damaged. We will replace this item free of charge.
